Covid-19
March 2022 Update
Verification of Covid-19 vaccination is required. However, vaccination cards are no longer requested during convention registration, and previously uploaded vaccination cards have not been saved and are now deleted from the registration system.
Instead, we plan to use an app-based verification system which is adaptable to changing public health environments and provides security of personal data and we will accommodate people with varying levels of technology access. We will notify prospective and current convention registrants via email when the app is available.
Attendees will complete the verification process independently with their own devices and those without their own devices will be provided an alternative.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to bring you an outstanding convention experience. We look forward to seeing you in Seattle!
