You will be covered from the moment you register until the start of the event. You will receive a 100% refund, no matter when you cancel, if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control that is covered under the policy. Click here to review  what is covered.

Seattle is a fun city to visit—especially when you leave the driving to us!

The hills of Seattle lack a comprehensive grid system, and street numbering conventions aren’t always intuitive. (Don’t take our word for it: Check out this local NPR article: “Why is Seattle’s street grid such a disaster?”)

Like many major U.S. cities, parking can be limited, hard to find, and expensive. Seattle is also experiencing tremendous growth, so construction projects abound. And remember, there’s a handful of events outside Seattle… the area freeways are as intricate as any major metropolis in the country, and GPS doesn’t convey the Seattle’s challenging onramps from the downtown core.

Enjoy the comfort of our motor coaches and let us handle the details!
